Why is it really just $30/month?
Because pharmacy software pricing has been broken for too long. We charge a flat $30 CAD per month for unlimited transfers after your free trial — no per-seat math, no annual contracts, no tier upsells.
How do the 100 free transfers work?
Every new pharmacy gets 100 free transfers to start. No credit card. You can use every feature on the platform during your trial. When you hit 100, we'll prompt you to add a card — that's the moment Standard ($30/month) begins. Until then, all activity is free.
What counts as a transfer?
Each outbound prescription transfer you send to another pharmacy counts as one transfer, regardless of how many medications are on it. Inbound transfers (received from another pharmacy) are free. Manual fax transfers to off-platform pharmacies count as one transfer. Marketplace listings, drug info lookups, and messaging are unlimited on both plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from the admin dashboard. Your account remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can finish in-flight transfers and export your data.
How does the referral bonus work?
Refer another pharmacy to RxChange. When they verify (OCP licence + accreditation upload), you both get +100 free transfers added to your account. There's no cap on referrals.
Is there a contract or annual commitment?
No. Standard is month-to-month, billed monthly in CAD. Cancel anytime. We don't do annual lock-ins or volume tiers.
What about taxes?
Pricing is in CAD and excludes applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST). Tax is added at checkout based on your pharmacy's province.
