Is it free to join the waitlist?
Yes — joining is completely free and there's no commitment. You're reserving a founding spot, not signing up to pay. When your pharmacy is activated, you start with 100 free transfers and no credit card required.
What do you do with my phone number?
Only onboarding. We use your phone and email to confirm your pharmacy and send your activation window — nothing else. No marketing spam, and your details are stored securely in Canada.
When does RxChange actually launch?
We're onboarding founding pharmacies in waves through 2026, ahead of general availability. Joining the list is how you get into the earliest wave. We'll always tell you your expected activation window up front.
Who can join?
Licensed Canadian pharmacies. During verification we confirm your OCP (or provincial) licence number — this keeps the network trusted and fraud-free from day one.
Does referring really move me up?
Yes. After you join, you'll get a referral link. Every pharmacy that joins and verifies through your link moves you up the queue — and gives you both +100 free transfers.
